Data Analyst to support Experience Score (TXS) and IT4U initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Experience Score (TXS) Analytics:
- Analyzing and monitoring TXS and its core metrics, aiming for a score of 90 by 2029.
- Use data from ServiceNow, Nexthink, and IT4U to identify trends and insights.
- Customer Experience Data Integration:
- Aggregating experience data across IT4U, Nexthink, ServiceNow, and surveys to build a comprehensive enterprise view.
- Supporting action prioritization through data-driven insights.
- IT4U Initiative Support:
- Analyzing user behavior and feedback on IT4U to optimize service and reduce desk contacts.
- Engaging with monthly IT4U Influencer Forums and developing pertinent communications.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Working with service owners, analysts, engineers, and communication teams to translate data into impactful leadership-ready insights.
- Promoting a customer-first, data-driven culture within TSO teams.
Qualifications:
A candidate with 3–5 years' experience in analytics, ITSM, or digital experience, familiar with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, Nexthink, and enterprise portals will be ideal.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
