Local Resource Only- Juno Beach, FL

Sr. Scrum Master/PMP with proven record of managing multiple teams for a 12-month commitment.  The job is onsite in Juno Beach 5 days a week, including Fridays, no expectations.  This is not a travel position.  See below for detail job description. 

IT Scrum Master:

This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading multiple Scrum teams. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our teams to deliver high-quality products and continuously improve our processes.  Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.

 Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines
• Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers
• Solves a range of straightforward problems
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques.
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline.
• Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
• Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology
• Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
• Ensures adherence to -/+ 10% say/do ratio 
• Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have.
• Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years
• Certified PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and technology trends
