Responsibilities:
- Attend customer support requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site
- Doing application deployments
- Follow change control process
- Managing servers and network equipment
- Document and follow procedures
- Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours
- Be available for off hours on-call rotation.
- On-site visits to client site as needed
- Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, 365
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
